# 到期啦 / CroFresh 隐私政策

本隐私政策适用于移动应用“到期啦 / CroFresh”（以下简称“本 App”）。本 App 用于帮助用户记录物品到期日期、照片、备注、分类和提醒设置。
## 1. 我们是否收集个人信息
目前，本 App 不会把你的个人信息、物品信息、照片、备注、到期日期或提醒设置上传到我们的服务器，也不会出售、出租或共享给广告商、数据经纪商或其他第三方。
本 App 不需要注册账号，不包含第三方广告 SDK，不使用跨 App 或跨网站追踪，也不使用第三方分析 SDK。
## 2. 本 App 在设备上保存的数据
为了提供到期管理功能，本 App 会在你的设备本地保存你主动输入或选择的内容，包括：
- 物品名称
- 物品分类
- 到期日期
- 备注
- 物品照片
- 提醒提前天数和提醒时间
- 创建和更新时间
这些数据用于在本 App 内展示、搜索、筛选、排序物品，并用于创建本地到期提醒。
## 3. 权限使用说明
### 相机权限
当你选择拍摄物品照片时，本 App 会请求相机权限。相机仅用于拍摄你要添加到物品记录中的照片。
### 照片访问
当你从相册选择物品照片时，本 App 只会访问你主动选择的照片。所选照片会保存在本 App 的本地数据中，用于展示物品图片。
### 通知权限
当你为物品设置到期提醒时，本 App 会请求通知权限。通知仅用于在你设定的日期和时间发送到期提醒。你可以随时在 iOS 系统设置中关闭本 App 的通知权限。
## 4. 数据共享
我们不会将本 App 中的数据共享给第三方。由于当前版本不包含云同步、账号系统、广告、分析或外部服务器传输功能，我们无法访问你保存在设备本地的物品记录、照片或备注。
请注意，Apple 可能会根据 iOS、App Store、iCloud 备份、崩溃日志或其他系统服务处理相关数据。此类处理由 Apple 的隐私政策和系统设置管理，不由本 App 控制。
## 5. 数据保留与删除
你在本 App 中保存的数据会保留在你的设备上，直到你主动删除相关物品记录或卸载本 App。
你可以通过以下方式管理或删除数据：
- 在本 App 内删除单个物品记录。
- 在 iOS 系统中卸载本 App，以删除本 App 保存在设备上的本地数据。
- 如果你启用了 iCloud 或设备备份，本 App 的本地数据可能会随系统备份保留。你可以在 iOS 系统设置中管理备份。
## 6. 儿童隐私
本 App 面向一般用户提供物品到期管理功能，并非专门面向儿童设计。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

本 App 尽量通过本地存储方式减少数据传输风险。请你妥善保护自己的设备、系统账号和备份数据。任何存储方式都无法保证绝对安全，但当前版本不会主动将你的 App 数据传输给我们或第三方。

如果未来版本加入账号、云同步、数据备份、分析、广告、订阅、客服反馈或其他可能涉及数据收集的新功能，我们会更新本隐私政策，并按 App Store 要求更新 App 隐私信息。

# Privacy Policy for CroFresh
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “CroFresh” (the “App”). The App helps users track item expiration dates, photos, notes, categories, and reminder settings.
## 1. Whether We Collect Personal Information
At this time, the App does not upload your personal information, item records, photos, notes, expiration dates, or reminder settings to our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share such data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
The App does not require an account, does not include third-party advertising SDKs, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use third-party analytics SDKs.
## 2. Data Stored On Your Device
To provide expiration tracking features, the App stores the information you enter or choose locally on your device, including:
- Item name
- Item category
- Expiration date
- Notes
- Item photos
- Reminder days-before and reminder time
- Creation and update timestamps
This data is used inside the App to display, search, filter, and sort items, and to create local expiration reminders.
## 3. Permissions
### Camera
When you choose to take an item photo, the App asks for camera permission. The camera is used only to capture photos that you add to your item records.
### Photos
When you choose a photo from your photo library, the App accesses only the photo you select. The selected photo is stored in the App’s local data and used to display the item image.
### Notifications
When you set expiration reminders for an item, the App asks for notification permission. Notifications are used only to send reminders at the dates and times you configure. You can disable notifications for the App at any time in iOS Settings.
## 4. Data Sharing
We do not share App data with third parties. Because the current version does not include cloud sync, accounts, advertising, analytics, or external server transmission, we cannot access the item records, photos, or notes stored locally on your device.
Please note that Apple may process certain data through iOS, the App Store, iCloud backup, crash reporting, or other system services. Such processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and your system settings, and is not controlled by this App.
## 5. Data Retention and Deletion
Data saved in the App remains on your device until you delete the relevant item record or uninstall the App.
You can manage or delete your data by:
- Deleting individual item records in the App.
- Uninstalling the App from iOS to remove the App’s local data from your device.
- Managing iCloud or device backups in iOS Settings if you have backups enabled, because local App data may be included in system backups.
## 6. Children’s Privacy
The App provides general item expiration tracking features and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
## 7. Data Security
The App reduces data transmission risks by storing data locally. You should protect your device, system account, and backups. No storage method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, but the current version does not actively transmit your App data to us or third parties.
## 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If a future version adds accounts, cloud sync, data backup, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, customer support feedback, or other features that may involve data collection, we will update this Privacy Policy and update the App Privacy information in App Store Connect as required.
